SEANA IRVINE
As a past participant in many Sustainability Network programs and keenly aware of the vital role the Sustainability Network plays in strengthening Canada’s environmental movement, Seana Irvine is pleased to have been on the board of the Sustainability Network since 2006 and its Chair since 2008. Seana is the Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen, a national organization dedicated to bringing communities and nature together for the benefit of both. Seana has played a key role in helping Evergreen establish Evergreen Brick Works, a national centre dedicated to creating sustainable cities. She has a Masters in Environmental Studies (Planning) and also serves on the
board for the Stop Community Food Centre.
WANDA PROCHAZKA
Wanda Prochazka (Treasurer) is a CMA, providing Management Consultant support to small and large companies. Specializing in the development of IT/Financial systems and process management, to create more efficiencies within the company. Wanda has worked at Carillion Canada, developing and training staff on the Corporate UK financial system. At The University of
Toronto at the central and department level, focusing on process flow and training documents. Finally, at the Ontario Physical and Health Education she was instrumental in getting them ISO 9001:2000 certified. Wanda loves outdoor adventure and participates in Adventure Races and other forms of adventure trail, always making sure to give back to the community and environment.
JAMES SULLIVAN
James Sullivan is a recognized leader and sustainability innovator. His passion is to support the creation of new initiatives to achieve economic, social and environmental goals. He is Founding chair of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Canada, an early board member and Deputy Executive Director of FSC International and past Executive Director and Senior Adviser to Two Countries, One Forest. He currently serves on the Boards of Greenpeace Canada, Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, Nova Scotia Chapter and, of course, the Sustainability Network.
DAVID LOVE
David Love is the Executive Director of the Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto. The foundation raises money to support the projects of Toronto and Region Conservation. David has been raising money for nearly 40 years including 20 years with World Wildlife Fund Canada. He has also raised money for UNICEF, Amnesty International, Greenpeace and The Nature Conservancy of Canada.
MARY McGRATH
Mary McGrath is the Executive Director and co-founder of Small Change Fund, an award-winning microphilanthropy organization. She was the first Executive Director of Citizens’ Environment Watch and has held positions at Environmental Defence Canada, Unilever Canada and Otonabee Conservation. Mary has participated on the board of directors of Environmental Defence Canada and served as an advisor to the Laidlaw Foundation, Metcalf Foundation and Ontario Non-Profit Network. In 2005, Mary was awarded with a Toronto Vital People grant from the Toronto Community Foundation. Mary has an Honours BA in Environmental Studies and International Development from the University of Toronto. She lives in Kitchener, Ontario with her husband and two daughters.

AMANADA GOMM
Amanda Gomm is the Manager of Volunteer and Community Engagement at LEAF (Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests). She has over a decade of experience in the environmental community, beginning at 15, when she was elected Chair of the Campaigns Committee for the Student Environmental Network, part of the Toronto District School Board. She has been involved in several other environmental projects in Toronto, Vancouver and on an international scale. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys working with a number of groups raising awareness on environmental issues such as over-fishing, climate change, transportation and of course the importance of trees.

KATHLEEN PADULO
Kathleen Padulo is Wolf Clan from the Oneida Nation of the Thames. Kathleen is the Acting Environment Coordinator of the Environment Department at the Chiefs of Ontario, and owner of Generation Seven Consulting. Kathleen has an honors degree in Indigenous Studies from Trent University and a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University. A major part of her graduate research involved community participatory workshops in Ontario’s remote First Nations. Kathleen is passionate about her role in First Nations advocacy and protecting the natural environment for future generations.
