Good to Great Program

Session Two: March 2011

The second of three Learning Network gatherings was held from Wednesday, March 23rd to Friday, March 25th at the Cedar Glen YMCA just outside of Bolton, Ontario.

Staff and board members from five of the six participating environmental NGOs met to report to their peers and receive feedback on DMA projects and explore challenges faced by other similar organizations. Status reports were shared through peer consulting/coaching where peers had a chance to not only learn about other organizations but provide feedback regarding possible solutions and remedial measures that might be undertaken.

The session was designed so that participants would walk away with having learned from each other's DMA experiences, strengthened their networks and with a renewed personal and professional commitment to their organization and the cause.
