For fifty years National Farmers Union – Ontario has built rural grassroots democracy and and won campaigns on issues as diverse as pollinator health, farmland protection, and prisoner justice. Panelists will share up-to-the-minute lessons on how to engage farmers and rural communities on climate change; they’ll also share tools they’ve honed to overcome the challenges of rural organizing and build strong, collaborative campaigns.
